 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><P STYLE=\"margin:0 48 0 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>Stormdrain pipelines serve specific watersheds called Drainage Areas.  Within each Drainage Area, there is a network of stormdrain pipelines that move the storm and nuisance water to a ponding basin or waterway.  Each pipeline is drawn in the general direction of flow.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P /><P STYLE=\"text-align:Justify;margin:0 48 0 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>This Feature Class participates in the \u201cFacilities\u201d Topology, where it shares common coordinates with Existing Inlets.  A Topology is a collection of rules that, when coupled with a set of editing tools, enables GIS to more accurately represent geometric relationships.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P /><P STYLE=\"text-align:Justify;margin:0 48 0 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>This Feature Class is stored within a Geodatabase (stores a collection of geographic datasets) which is housed on the Districts GIS server.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P /><P STYLE=\"text-align:Justify;margin:0 48 0 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>In addition to storing the coordinates of Existing Pipes, this Feature Class also stores \u201cAttribute\u201d information related to the Master Planning and maintenance of the <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>Existing Pipe <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>Feature Class.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P /><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN /><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
