 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><DIV><DIV><P STYLE=\"text-align:Justify;margin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>Private Inlets serve private development on-site storm drainage needs, and may be located anywhere within the developed parcel. These inlets connect to Private (non-master plan) pipelines, which also reside within the private development. Together these inlets and pipelines form a private storm drainage system. This system either has a direct connection point to a Master Plan Existing Pipeline, located in the public right of way, or it simply drains out into the street where an Existing Master Plan Inlet collects it.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P /><P STYLE=\"text-align:Justify;margin:0 48 0 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>This Feature Class participates in the \u201cFacilities\u201d Topology, where it shares common coordinates with the Private Pipe feature class. A Topology is a collection of rules that, when coupled with a set of editing tools, enables GIS to more accurately represent geometric relationships.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P /><P STYLE=\"text-align:Justify;margin:0 48 0 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>This Feature Class is stored within a Geodatabase (stores a collection of geographic datasets) which is housed on the Districts GIS server.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P /><P STYLE=\"text-align:Justify;margin:0 48 0 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>In addition to storing the coordinates of Private Inlets, this Feature Class also stores \u201cAttribute\u201d information related to the <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>Private Inlet <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>Feature Class.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P /><P><SPAN /><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
